Pipework systems jointing compounds are used for sealing screwed joints from the ingress or egress of fluids or gases.
Jointing compounds are manufactured from various substances which mixed together produce a paste-like material of different viscosities and properties.
They are primarily used on steel pipework systems.
Boss Gastite conforms to EN 751-2 1997 for sealing against natural gas, low pressure LPG and hot water (Non portable duties) on screwed fitting and flanged joints.
Temperature Range: -40 Degrees C to +150 Degrees C

Deliveries will be within 1-2 working days from the order being placed, but where possible and providing the items are in stock, we will do our upmost to deliver the items the next day. Orders will be dispatched via DPD courier or direct from our suppliers dependant on shipping size and weight.
*For remote delivery locations and offshore islands these may take longer to arrive, and in certain circumstances further delivery charges may apply. These locations include / but are not restricted to UK Highlands and Islands, UK Non Mainland, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.
Deliveries within the UK Mainland areas with total values less than £100.00 inc VAT, will have a delivery charge of £6.49 + VAT applied.
